The best way is to subscribe to our email/text list, or send us a message. You can also FOLLOW and LIKE us on FB and Instagram to get updates.

Can you ship your products to me? 

At this time we offer our full product inventory at multiple set up locations throughout Alberta. Contact us for the nearest pick up locations in your area.

Where can I find your price list?

Our prices are market-based and change when we restock, which happens very often. We also have different suppliers for some items, meaning different price points for similar product items. For these reasons we prefer to provide the price when we see you to avoid pricing errors. It also make more sense to give you the price after you have seen our products.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind and guarantee the quality of our products. If the product you purchased is defective, please keep the unused portion frozen and contact us at In order to resolve the problem we will collect the defective item and bring it to the attention of our supplier as we believe in resolving the issue at the root cause. We will replace the defective item with any product of your choice up to the value of the product being replaced. We can also give refund or credit your account if you prefer and you can use it the next time you see us.  Only defective items are eligible for return.

Do you have any recipes?

We post recipes in our Facebook page from time to time. Follow or connect with us on social media to get updates.

Do you sell gift cards? 

We are currently working on gift cards so check back for updates! 

Can I order a product and send it as a gift?

Absolutely!  Please contact us for further details.

How do I place an order for a group and how much time do you need for big events? 

That depends on the products you are looking for (seasonal vs products that are available year round).  Please contact us for more information.

Do you give discount for big group orders?

Absolutely! Please contact us to determine your group rate.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Debit, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. 

How often do you re-stock your items? 

We do our best to ensure you get the best quality of each and every product you buy so we re-stock each time we visit your community.

I don’t see a product I’m looking for in your product list. Can I still get it?

We add new products to our list on request or by demand. We can also special order them for you.  Just contact us as we are here to serve you.

How can I get my photo featured?

Tag our Instagram and Facebook page @Nordsea Select Seafood for a chance to be featured in any of our platforms!  Or simply let us know during our visit. We will also be running contests and giving away gifts for Best Product Photos where you can show your cooking talents! So join our mailing list and stay tuned!
